What if my address doesn’t match my ID?

If your ID shows an old address, don’t worry — you should enter your current residential address when verifying your account. It does not have to match the address on your ID.

You may be prompted to provide a proof of address document, such as a utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence, showing your current address. The document must:

  • Display your full name and current residential address
  • Be dated within the last 3 months
  • Be issued by a recognized institution or utility provider

This helps us verify your account while keeping your details up to date.
