How do I verify my account?

When you make your first transaction or payout request, you’ll be redirected to Breeze to create or log in to your account. If your account is not verified, you’ll be guided through a secure verification flow.

You’ll need to provide:

  • A valid, government-issued photo ID (front and back)
  • Your date of birth, phone number, Social Security Number (SSN), and current residential address
  • Proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement), if requested
  • Source of Funds information, if applicable

Once submitted, most users are verified within minutes. In some cases, additional review by our team may be required.
