If your bank account or card account is closed, or the details provided were incorrect, the receiving bank may return the funds. However, we can’t guarantee that the funds will be returned.
If the transfer fails and the funds are returned, you’ll receive an automated email letting you know the transfer was unsuccessful. This process may take 1–2 weeks. Once the funds are returned to us, we’ll send them back to the platform you used to initiate the transaction, and they should credit the corresponding amount back to your platform account.
In the meantime, you can update your bank or card details for future transfers by logging in to https://offramp.breeze.cash/account. Please note that updating your bank or card account won’t affect any transfers that have already been initiated.
