My transfer is “Processed” but I didn’t receive my funds

This means the transfer has been successfully processed on our end. However, this does not mean the funds will appear in your account immediately.

Once sent, the funds are routed through the ACH network before reaching your bank. Your bank will then process the transfer and deposit the funds into your account.

Transfers are handled during the business hours of the financial institutions involved (Monday–Friday, excluding major holidays and bank holidays) and typically take up to 3 business days to complete, depending on processing times.

If you need more details, you can also reach out to your bank with the ACH Trace Number provided.
