If you’re not receiving our emails, try the following steps:
- Check the correct inbox — we send emails to the address you use on the merchant platform, so make sure you’re checking that account
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Search your inbox for keywords like “Breeze” or our sender address no-reply@breeze.cash
- Make sure your inbox isn’t full
- Add our sender address to your safe sender list to make sure future emails reach your inbox
If you’ve checked all of the above and still aren’t receiving emails, contact us and we’ll help investigate.
