There are duplicate charges on my card

If you’re seeing multiple charges with the same billing descriptor (eg. BREEZE*ABC*123a), don’t worry — in most cases, the additional charges are temporary authorization holds, not actual duplicate payments. The pending charges should disappear within a few business days once your bank releases the hold.

You can also double-check by reviewing your bank or card statement.

If multiple charges with the same billing descriptor have posted (not pending), please contact us with the billing descriptor so we can investigate and make sure any duplicate payments are resolved.
