The last four characters of the billing descriptor (eg. BREEZE*ABC*123a) should match the last four characters the corresponding Reference or Order ID (eg. #123a). You can also reach out to your bank to confirm if your payment went through.
If the transaction was declined, you may still see a pending charge — this is a temporary authorization hold placed by your card issuer. Depending on your card issuer, it can take a few business days for the hold to be released and removed from your statement.
If the charge has posted to your account but you haven’t received your product, please check directly with the platform where your purchase was made to confirm what your order includes and whether it’s been fulfilled.
