My transfer is ”Refunded”

This indicates that your transfer was unsuccessful. You should’ve received an email informing you that your funds have been sent back to the platform you used to initiate the transaction. The platform should credit the amount back to your account accordingly. Transfers are usually refunded for one of the following reasons:

  • The bank account is closed
  • The bank details were incorrect
  • The receiving bank rejected the transfer

We recommend checking with your bank to make sure your account is active, able to receive ACH transfers, and that the account and routing numbers you’ve provided are correct. Once you’ve updated your bank details at https://offramp.breeze.cash/account, you can initiate a new transfer.
