My transfer is “Canceled”/”Expired”

This indicates that the transaction was canceled or expired by the platform you’re using before it could be processed on our end.

This can happen if there were insufficient funds in your platform account at the time of processing (for example, if you were engaging in gameplay and your balance briefly dipped below the transaction amount), or if the transaction wasn’t confirmed within the required timeframe.

Your account balance is not deducted for canceled or expired transactions.

We don’t have access to your platform account, so if you believe the amount was deducted, please reach out to the platform to verify it.
