How do I add/change my bank information?

To add or change your bank account for receiving your transactions, simply log in to https://offramp.breeze.cash/account and follow the instructions provided.

You can only add or update your bank account after your Breeze account has been verified.

Do note that this change will not affect existing transactions that have already been initiated.

Please also be reminded that transfers are processed based on the bank details you provide. Incorrect or outdated bank details may result in failed or delayed transfers, and we’re unable to take responsibility for such errors.


If you’re seeing a “This bank account has already been added” message, it means that a previous transfer to that account was unsuccessful, and the account has been deactivated in our system.

We recommend checking with your bank to confirm that your account can receive ACH transfers and that all details are correct.

If you’d like to use the same account again, please contact us so we can reactivate it for you.
