Unfortunately, it’s not currently possible to change the email address on your existing Breeze account.
If you’ve updated your email with the merchant platform, you’ll need to create a new Breeze account using that email and complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification again. Please note that the review process may take slightly longer for a new account.
