ACH transfers can take up to 3 business days, and anything within that timeframe is considered normal — even if your previous transfers were faster. Timing can vary between transfers and they may not always arrive in the order they were sent.
A few factors that can affect the timing:
- Bank processing times: Some banks release incoming transfers faster than others. Delays can also be caused by high volumes or backlogs.
- Batch timing: ACH transfers are processed in batches. Depending on when your request was submitted, it may have missed an earlier batch.
- Routine banking reviews: Occasionally, transfers are flagged for standard security or compliance checks, which can cause additional delays.
If it’s been more than 3 full business days, feel free to reach out and we’ll be happy to look into it.
