Bank transfers can take up to 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding major holidays and bank holidays) to complete, depending on processing times.
Once a transfer is requested, we process it and send the details to our banking partner, who initiates the transfer through the Automated Clearing House (ACH) network. The ACH network securely routes the funds to your receiving bank, which then deposits the funds into your account.
Transfers are processed during the business days and business hours of the financial institutions involved. Requests made late in the day, on weekends, or on public holidays will be delayed until the next business day.
